- Deliver files to the selected print shop

Files uploaded through PrintFlow are used solely for processing your print orders. We treat your documents with the highest level of confidentiality.
Uploaded documents may be shared only with the print shop you specifically select for fulfilling the order, and for no other purpose.
PrintFlow does not claim ownership of any content you upload. You retain full ownership of your documents at all times.
Your documents are never used for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your print request.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment partners compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
PrintFlow does not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, banking credentials, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or any other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
All payment transactions are encrypted and handled directly by the payment gateway. PrintFlow only receives a transaction reference ID to confirm successful payment.
Payments are secured by Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. PrintFlow never has access to your full card or bank details.
PrintFlow retains order-related information and uploaded documents for a limited period necessary to:
- Complete and confirm print orders
- Resolve disputes or support requests
- Provide ongoing customer support
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Uploaded files may be permanently and irreversibly deleted after they are no longer required for service delivery. We do not retain files longer than operationally necessary.
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to support the operation of PrintFlow. These providers may process your information only as necessary to perform their specific services:
- Payment processing — Razorpay and authorized banking partners
